Does Williams Group Photography offer flexible scheduling for group photography?
Yes! We provide flexible scheduling options, including single and multi-day sessions, and make-up sessions. Our goal is to accommodate your schedule for a convenient photography experience.
What ordering options does Williams Group Photography offer?
We provide multiple ordering options. Whether using pre-pay order forms or ordering online, our aim is to make photo ordering convenient for everyone involved.
What kind of final products does Williams Group Photography offer?
Choose from a wide range of high-quality products, including traditional prints, plaques, trading cards, and memory mates. A memory mate is an 8x10 print including an individual on top and team portrait on bottom. We ensure there's something for everyone to cherish their special memories.

What is a Memory Mate?
A Memory Mate is a custom-designed print that combines an individual portrait and a team or group photo in one beautifully coordinated layout. It’s the perfect way to preserve the memories of a season, event, or milestone. Each Memory Mate typically features:
- An individual photo of the athlete, student, or participant
- A team, class, or group photo
- Professional graphic design with the organization’s name, team name, year, or event title
- Printed on high-quality photo paper, ready for framing or display
Ideal for: Sports teams, school classes, dance studios, and clubs — a keepsake cherished by both participants and their families.
Where are portraits shipped?
Portraits are approved in our system the same day, printed within 3 business days and shipped directly to your home from the lab. Typical delivery time is 7 to 10 business days from the day of your order.
How can I connect with Williams Group Photography?
We offer a number of ways to connect with clients, including Facebook, Instagram, email and phone. We are most active with our Facebook messages, but we will make every effort to reach out to you regardless of how you get a hold of us.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes! For the first week of ordering when your gallery goes live, we offer free shipping and discounts on all orders over $50, so we recommend ordering ASAP.
What incentives do you offer?
We have a number of incentives for groups and organizations of all sizes. Each job is unique and we’d love to discuss options with your board or director, but they always include free team portraits for all coaches.
I’m having trouble ordering, can someone help me?
Of course! We’d love to help you. If you’re having issues with the website, the most common problem is a browser issue. There are a couple of fixes you can do yourself if you want to try. You can first try resetting the cache on your browser (link this to an article about clearing cache on your browser for Safari and Chrome). You can try a new browser altogether. Sometimes a change of browser fixes the issue and allows you to order. Or you can try an entirely new device. Either of these three methods generally fix website issues, but if you continue having problems or need additional help, please call email or message us.
Can my kids be combined into one gallery?
No. Each kid and each event has a unique gallery that is key to the organization of the online galleries and teams. Each athlete’s or child’s gallery has to have a separate order.
I’m not receiving notifications, why?
There are two main reasons clients don’t receiving notifications. The first is incorrect or missing contact information. We gather all information from the organizations in advance of the job. It could be incorrect info from them or it could have been mistyped into our system. The other issue comes from clients who have unsubscribed to the mailing lists and notifications. We can turn this back on if you have unsubscribed but would like to receive them again. Please message us so we can help.
